We are conveniently located right off Rand Rd in the Seasons Office Center. The plaza is adjacent to FedEx.
When you enter the parking lot, look for the Surgery Center & Clinic (right next to FedEx). Our entrance is can be accessed in the back parking lot, just two units over from the Surgery Center.
Please note, currently the sign outside our location says Vitality Urgent Care. We look forward to replacing it with a beautiful Chabad sign very soon.
